@Minholkin
That's an awesome level. Keep up the great work!! 💪

I must be missing all the assholery, or I had already blocked said assholes.

@stueytheround @sarcasmsign
So very sorry for you. This may seem ridiculous to some, but I often think that dogs are Angels in a different form.

@janallmac
I think modern journalism just needs to put numbers to everything. And war casualties are pretty hard to determine while a war is underway.

Compound that with the fact that Hamas' MO is to embed themselves within the civilian population and use the innocents as human shields.

@Render
I wasn't aware of that. I thought Iran was still a major weapons supplier to Hamas, and also Hezbollah.

@janallmac
Even NPR, which I have always trusted more than nearly any other outlet, is doing this everyday.

Like millions of other people, I am horrified by the innocent civilian casualties of the war in Gaza.

I'm also furious that US media continues to report casualty figures issued by a terrorist organization as though they are fact, and that they continually fail to point out said terrorist organization is the direct or indirect cause of the vast majority of these innocent civilian casualties. And they could end it anytime they wanted.

@Render
Hold on there! That doesn't fit the narrative that Israel is blocking all aid into Gaza!

What are the chances that Iran is at least partially behind these attacks on the US landing site? Maybe they were getting frustrated with the Houthis being an ineffective proxy. Although this seems like an even worse idea.

Whether it's from Hamas on their own or at the direction of Iran, I'm sure they're betting US forces won't fire back because of the optics. I would not take that bet.

I will buy a tablet if and when someone makes a reasonably priced one in a very large format suitable for displaying two pages of piano music next to each other.

@process @q00w2
Rather than including all the things you love, they are destroying them. I get nothing but negative emotions watching this.

I think the thin factor is also not a catchy selling point anymore. The existing iPads are already very thin, and that's not going to be the big noticeable difference in the new models. It would have been smarter of them to talk about the M4 chip and its capabilities.

@northernbassist @danialexis
I show this and the other ones created by the same guy to my students each year. I tell them it's their final project piece. A few of them believe me.

@kay_dub @mcfate
Back in my PC repair shop days, I worked on a lot of printers. Laser printers seem to be designed with service in mind much more so than inkjet.

That said, my most difficult printer repair was a restaurant owner who had put glossy inkjet photo paper through his color laser printer. A couple sheets had fused to the fuser.

@kay_dub
Same here. I went laser several years back and won't ever go back to ink of any form for home printing. That said, I own two black & white laser printers, a cheap, simple Brother and a Samsung multifunction for scanning/copying. I have no need to print in color, but good color laser printers can be had quite cheaply nowadays.

@mcfate
That's exceptionally fast for an ink printer, but not enough to pull me away from laser.

@mcfate
Brother makes very good inexpensive laser printers also.
