Natural process coffee, represent!!!
Going to try the anaerobic process Bolivia tomorrow.

A friend at work introduced me to Da Hong Pao tea, and I'm hooked. She gets hers in China when she goes home to visit family.

It looks like this brand is not available in the US. Does anyone have a particular recommendation for this tea?

I saw this one recommended:

The old cedar raised bed was literally falling apart after 5-6 years. Today I replaced it with an all metal kit. The sheet metal is quite thin; hopefully it will last longer than the old one.

There's some great pics in the Firehose right now.

My contribution, snapped last night:

Major upgrade at Casa Voltronic. New studio monitors arrived today, replacing a very old set.

The difference is not at all subtle, moreso than the cabinet size would indicate. WOW. I've been missing out on so much, and mixing at a severe disadvantage. Not anymore.

Kali IN-5. Highly recommended.

In times like these, the only correct course of action is to throw a light switch rave.

I haven't seen this movie in forever, maybe since it came out, and I don't remember any of it.

Seriously weird. But cool.

Note to anyone trying this that the recent versions of REQ look a bit different that what is shown in Julian's video (and in the official help file. For example, there is no longer an option to apply a House Curve in Preferences. That's been moved to the EQ curve generation settings under Target Settings.

Here's my correction curve if anyone is interested.

Dinner tonight: Dry rub chicken drumsticks and potatoes all went on the Weber kettle with vortex used. Lump charcoal and pecan wood.

One of my friends just made this today. Remember, you saw it here first!
