In times like these, the only correct course of action is to throw a light switch rave.
The random ethernet disconnects from my desktop PC have been giving me fits lately. I'm pretty good at this stuff, but I'm honestly at a loss here.
So far, I have:
- reset all network hardware
- reset Win10 network stack
- tested / changed cables
- checked that power management is disabled
- upgraded drivers
- switched from Intel dual port GB adapter to onboard realtek; repeated all of above
- upgraded router firmware (DDWRT)
Still getting random periodic disconnects. Suggestions?

This is an opinion, I certainly could be wrong.
The war on Hamas, must continue. But aren't you a peace loving Buddhist? Yes. Yet also a realist. Do I negotiate with a cancer tumor? Do I give it one of my organs? Or do I use the tools of modern medicine to keep the cancer from doing more harm to my system. No. I fight like hell. Will I rid my body of cancer completely? No. But I will disarm the cancer. And I will poison many innocent cells, with chemotherapy to do so.
