@Ellico2020bis
I've never owned a Toyota, but I owned a Subaru Impreza with a CVT that had the same service recommendation (or lack therof). It's the only car I've ever owned where you are never instructed to change the trans fluid, only to inspect that it's still there.
The valve bodies in the transmission gunked up with this old fluid, and couldn't be repaired. Dealer told me I would need the transmission rebuilt, which would cost more than the car was worth at the time. So I got rid of it.
@tgraph52
While it doesn't do exactly the same things, I've been using this EQ and it's fantastic. Honestly, it's hard to believe they're giving this one away for free.
Transient sustain mode is really innovative, even though I don't use it. I tend to use it for processing separate mid and side channel nodes.

@northernbassist
Nope. Superscope and Marantz, yes, a few times. Their cassette and CD field recorders.
@northernbassist
Legendary.
I wish the company was still making recording equipment. They now only maintain their audiophile products.
@radar323
I saw them live only once, in 2005. One of the best concerts I've ever been to.
@mcfate
Believe me, I've been doing lots of that lately. I can only filter and block so quickly though.
Just an observation, but #FloodTheFirehose makes the timelines a lot more like they used to in the early days. It's times like these that make me want to hang out here.
Let's do more of this on a regular basis, and not the non-stop political dunking and sulking? It's unhealthy.
@AlphaCentauri
I'm finding that the filters don't work consistently either. Maybe I need to log out and back in, I'm not sure what's up.
@Bliss
Yes. I'm trying to reduce the avalanche of political posts coming from people who I otherwise don't want to block, and my manual filters just aren't keeping up. Guess I'll keep plugging away.
Hey folks:
I know that quite a few of us appreciate @Render updates and posts.
One way to support his work is to subscribe to his "stack", and think about going "paid"

This is why I keep my old phones around for a while and never trade in the one I was just using.
@Route10
just saw in your bio that you are a retired middle school principal. Bless you.
I'm a public school teacher, currently with elementary students but I taught middle and high school for quite a long time before that.
@singlemaltgirl @raspberrypanda
I am very proficient at all of those tasks. I just need to find someone to do them for.
@Route10
Seriously. Hamelin is a super-virtuoso. If he calls a page of music terrifying, run away.
@Route10
See the description of the video for links to demonstrations of what make Scarbo and Ondine so incredibly difficult.
@Route10
Pianist here. Depending on who you ask, either the first or third movement of Gaspard represent the most difficult piano music ever written. I consider the opening of the first movement, Ondine, absolutely terrifying.
@opie
Ah okay. So more like the Roku Ultra I have in my living room as opposed to the streaming stick in my bedroom. I believe the Ultra has supported AV1 for a while.
And yes, wired ethernet FTW!
