@JV3MJD I read The Intercept's article on this and there was no mention of presidential criticism being a factor. An organization would have to be found to have provided material support to a designated terrorist group. It should be noted that criticism of the president is completely protected under the 1A so if this were true, it wouldn't withstand constitutional scrutiny, even with this SCOTUS.

I'm hearing from some knowledgeable people that the Senate is really not happy with him and that the ethics investigation may be published anyway. They may dump him like Madison Cawthorn. @feloneouscat OK, I won't continue to belabor this. If MSM is still setting the agenda (NYT has 10.8M subscribers, 10.2M of whom are purely digital), how do we hold their feet to the fire? There are multiple campaigns to reduce subscriptions but they don't seem to have made much headway.
