@Liliki I don't think he'll be confirmed. I'm not just saying that because I don't want it to be true. I'm hearing from some knowledgeable people that the Senate is really not happy with him and that the ethics investigation may be published anyway. They may dump him like Madison Cawthorn. Of course the game is up if they allow recess appointments.
