@mcfate he could try paying
@gshevlin uh sure, yeah, do that. Big thumbs up.
@Evvie Well see when a Corvette and an AMC Pacer love each other very much
@ucantstop_me @ecksmc Edited: no, too short nevermind!
@EvilBunny Spain and Sweden stepping up big time.
@corlin welp, it's worse. Goats, sheep too not just cattle.
@corlin @violetblue They're around here somewhere...
@Beanc but it's not a reasonable thing to do. Ask a novelist how long their novel will take, and by the way it needs to have (list of requirements). Coding is similarly a voyage of discovery. Also don't kid yourself, it won't ever be Done.
Uh, okay great hope you feel better now
@ExecutiveFunction404 @th3j35t3r Totally, that's my thought. I just disabled it for Coso, let ddg know and thought I'd alert J in case the other 3 ddg users run into it 😂
@JolieSaboteuse that head of lettuce might still be around
@Sr0bi I've also had good results emailing the National Archives, caveat the fire that ate so many records. https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records
@ExecutiveFunction404 @th3j35t3r Right - not surprised coso app isn't tracking - surprised ddg doesn't list a reason for interfering with it. Everything stays updated, yep and yes, 1st time I've seen the problem.
@Sr0bi I'm not an historian but have noticed the US Army has uploaded a lot of information to the Internet Archive, where IMO it is somewhat more accessible. Like: https://archive.org/details/AssaultLandingsWorldWarII
@ExecutiveFunction404 @th3j35t3r always possible! It does strike me odd that DDG doesn't list any tracking attempts by coso, but the app is blank unless I toggle the ATP off for it.
@rpardee Oh, and I've been using the ddg browser for a while now and didn't notice this problem. Think a recent update must have introduced a problem.
@rpardee I think so, in settings. Once enabled it can be disabled for any application, and if that happens, it'll ask if it's being disabled because it caused problems. In my experience they fix the problem pretty quickly. It will also list the trackers per each app, which is good info. https://duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/p-app-tracking-protection/what-is-app-tracking-protection/
Duckduckgo Android app's App Tracker Protection is blocking the Coso app. Not sure why; it doesn't list it is blocked. But it doesn't work. I reported it to them.
