I've been teaching my family how to practice mindfulness in daily life.
I will post some interesting &wonderful changes this practice has done for me/family/life.
Feel free to post any goodness that lifts you up emotionally.
Fact: The more time in your day you spend in higher levels of emotion (vs. Low/bad emo) the better you will feel.
That's the easy part ^^ but a quick, uplifting win along the journey

Wow Pecker's testimony and evidence is devastating. The catch and kill thing was big. This took trumps lawyers by surprise.
My compassion for people and societies are what drives me now #mindfulness to end suffering of any kind.

I usually wait till end of day to look at this stuff. This peaked my interest to see the discission
Also I will be listening (with most everyone) the audio of scotus tomorrow (immunity)
Court will release trump transcripts daily by next close of (business) day.

I'm in a "new habit making" mode - it's been a few days since I made switch. I redesigned my daily routine.
And IT'S WORKING! β€οΈ
Today I really got motivated and made breakfast, mindfully.

The first witness in the trial is going to be David Pecker.
I think this trial is affecting him. Hearing those negative about him, disturbed him as well as his loss of control and the judge made him sit down.
And he canceled last night.
He looks worn out, depressed and defeated.

Morning! Focusing on new #mindfull habits!
I was distracted last year w/crushing issues and neglected my flowers!
I am sharing my Redbud, Japanese maple, and the tulips which will be gone soon because deer love them!

This year I'm committing to the habit of caring for them. I'm going to try the process of thinning out peonies buds &refrigerating. Some say they can survive up to 6 mos.
Peonies are so gorgeous. I have 3 well established plant groupings = a lot of πΈ at once
