I did this yesterday and woke today with NO vertigo 😁👍

I had no idea that most Vertigo is caused by little beads (gravity sensors) in your ear. Ehen they break loose & move into the semicircular canals (controls balance)

The exercises are supposed to kind of gently shake the beads back into place.

When the rogue beads get back to the group they are supposed to stick together

I found this fascinating
Now, if we just had something for tinnitus, that would be really helpful to millions.

^^^ actually I found some yoga for vertigo if you have the most common form (BPPV) which has something to do with crystals in the inner ear (not woo woo crystals lol)

Yuck. I woke with some vertigo. Hate that. It's mostly gone now though.

I slept well but feel exhausted after the vertigo.

I've had this maybe 5 times in my years. Only once did it last more then a couple hours or so. So no worries.

I was distracted last year w/crushing issues and neglected my flowers!

I am sharing my Redbud, Japanese maple, and the tulips which will be gone soon because deer love them!

This year I'm committing to the habit of caring for them. I'm going to try the process of thinning out peonies buds &refrigerating. Some say they can survive up to 6 mos.

Peonies are so gorgeous. I have 3 well established plant groupings = a lot of 🌸 at once
