The big thing about making a difference, is knowing every little thing you do for others counts. A smile to a stranger that's having a bad day can more often times turn their entire day right around. Offering help, makes a difference.

To those feeling disheartened and disillusioned 💔:

We may be the few, but together we are many. It’s natural to feel disappointed when those we trust let us down. But remember, your strength and resilience are not just tools for change—they are the very foundation of it. I know you’re weary, but please, don’t lose faith. Your courage and determination 💪are the sparks that ignite transformation. Together, we WILL overcome any obstacle and build a brighter future. ❤️

For those outside of country, I do believe you can also adopt a childs letter. See the site for more information. about.usps.com/holidaynews/ope

@BlueStateBabe I had some trouble using powdered milk for gravies, puddings and sauces unfortunately, it doesn't blend very well even over heat. x.x

*Winter boots
If it's clothing, and you are not using it or don't need it, please consider donating them to clothing donation centers in your area.

*Underclothing of all sizes.
*Winter clothing (Jackets, coats, mittens and gloves ect, as well as winter socks and hats are always in high demand.)
*Blankets and bedding items.
*Childrens clothing of all sizes.
*Long and short sleeved shirts and sweaters.
*Pants, any kind.
*Shoes

@BlueStateBabe It is however it's difficult to use for some recipes given it's lack of fat content.

A reminder that the US Post Office has opened adoptions for childrens letters to Santa this year as of Nov. 1st. If you would like to help make a childs dreams come true this holiday season, I highly recommend signing up to adopt a letter.

@JGSchaeffer Heya Jgs! Would you happen to have a full scaled image to share with cososhare? I'd love to post this to a few sites I'm on to spread it.

@Tacitus_Kilgore My dear friend, we are all here for each other. We wouldn't exist if we weren't! As it is, a lot of us are throwing ideas, and sharing concepts all the time at random simply to give each other a different way to go around fixing things more locally. Small pebbles in a big pond, but those ripples spread and touch many different minds here! If you have a hashtag in mind, I wouldn't mind using it as well! Perhaps CoSoThinktank ?

I will freely admit my headspace is not where it should be. I suspect many are in the same situation.

My failings lately have not done me any favors and I think all of us need to get our minds and emotions in the proper place before we begin to tackle the world's problems. If not we will only perpetuate them.

I will be seeking help outside of but I would like to start a hashtag where we can come together to help each other as well.

Would anybody be willing to do this with me?

*snorts and just starts laughing.* I know many of these stories are wild as hell, but I can't help the impulse to share them for the pure ballsy efforts of humanity in such a wild west kind of universal situation. youtu.be/i5zN-Q9rhyE
