Pst, the LGBTQ community needs your support for this regulation to be pushed into the education departments systems. If you can leave a word of support in the comments to this regulation, I and the rest of the trans community would very much appreciate the support for us, and our children's future education experiences.

Some are saying the executive order is toothless, but I'm inclined to think that it may be a good tool to push into codifying it into the constitution.

To my friends o'er in Florida, this is constitutionally illegal for him to sign into law. Edit/redraft: twitter.com/ddale8/status/1545 FROM 2021? Salon needs to get better at their editing! Corrected!

Just peeked at the Michigan midterms ballot and it doesn't look good. Folks, we need more blue representation in Michigan, badly. I love my governor, okay? Gretchen has fought against the damned worst of the lot for this states residents, but she's up against 6, you read that right, 6 republican opponents, and I do believe ALL of them are fucking corrupt imbeciles.

*sighs.* Some people really need an education on perspective and correlation. The comments on this tweet are pretty horrendously ignorant, you have been warned. Robert Reich on the bird app: twitter.com/RBReich/status/154

What's worse is that there's some firearm workers in the industry that are firing up warnings on twitter that it's possible that the Pride parades nationally might be the next targets for mass shootings, given light of some of the customer chatter they've been hearing at work. I am deeply fearful that my existence as a trans person, and my family, may become the next target too locally. I'm not out publicly in my region of the country, and things like this, makes me deeply afraid.

I have a friend that has been keeping a count of the mass shootings in the USA and the number he posted yesterday is giving me the chills. 254 shootings, in 160 days. This isn't the country I love anymore, it hasn't been for nearly half my life. But I'd like it to become a country I can love.
