Now that the 12-18” of rain has stopped in #NC, we’re coming to terms with our new reality. Yards are flooded, many local roads are washed out, main travel routes are compromised and detours abound, water and sewer lines are broken, and power is being restored to those affected. Businesse can’t open because their staff can’t drive to work, a downside of our abysmal lack of affordable housing that results in workers living far from their workplace. #PotentialTropicalCyclone8 #NorthCarolina
