Artichokes are doing great this year! First harvest looks good. They’re growing in pots for now. Think I want to get livestock troughs to plant stuff in because the ground here is awful.

They look healthy & there are lots more coming. Hubby doesn’t eat them but he’s impressed himself with the way they’re growing. #gardening

A friend who is an award winning Beader met us for lunch the other day. She brought a tray of her amazing work with her. I thought she might want opinions on them…nope. She wanted us to pick our favs to have as our very own.

I felt special just being to have the two I’ve purchased. Now I feel so blessed by her generosity and friendship. Feeling pretty fancy now. #beading 😊

Made it to LA. Went to Fromin’s for dinner, LOVE that place. Dropping g a friend at her house we went by a house that is fully mosaiced. It was amazing!!

On the road to Morro Bay. It’s a pretty drive down the center of CA. Orchards and vineyards are leafing out. Little drizzle keeping it cool.

Rental car got upgraded as the 2024 Malibu I was supposed to get blew up on the freeway going from one rental location to mine. 😳 Sure glad it happened before I picked it up!!
