I respect those who do rescue work so much! It’s hard, sad and often ends badly but my friend keeps trying.

This is the baby she picked up last night. A 3.4oz Yorkie/Pom mix. She does have a cleft (my friend takes in mostly cleft puppies) but it’s small. She’ll get expert care and every test she needs but fund raising is exhausting. Donate to those who do this wonderful work if you can.

My Gson had been training for months to compete in a strongman competition. It was yesterday and he did pretty well for his first time. He’s had a lot of stress in his life and I’m so happy to see him unloading it in a healthy way. He’s taking care of his mental health, staying sober AND doing it so well.

Tim Walz is so relatable. Veteran, Teacher, Coach, Farmer, small town kid. He’s what we used to call a “salt of the earth” kind of man.

I have a new favorite lip balm. Saw the young man that makes it somewhere online. I tried these two and both are great! They smell and taste good, the moisturizing is perfect.
