Quite satisfied!
@Kurtroedeger I basically do this in my slow cooker, except the improved dough goes straight in and it rises as it cooks for 1 hr 15 minutes on high.

I prefer soy sauce. The other 2 add a sweetness I donโt like, while the soy sauce adds a depth to the beef flavor and complements the sweetness of the onions.
Roast in a 325 degree oven for four hours.
I check mine every hour to be sure the roast isnโt drying out, but Iโve never had a problem. The last hour, I may baste the top of the roast with the beef broth if needed.
It will be fork tender and delicious.
