@rych you are gonna do great. Take your time and know that your first few times your timing is gonna be way off. It almost always takes longer than you think especially when you are learning how to keep your temperatures consistent.

Don't rush it, if it takes too long and you gotta eat sooner, do that. Nothing will make you be filled with regret more than trying to rush the smoke process and you ending up with mediocre results.
