There is something in Kamala Harris that few presidential candidates have had.
Oh, she's got intelligence, skills, experience, a well developed sense of right and wrong, a drive to make life better for those in need, all the good Oval Office traits.
But she also has that rarity in politics - a genuine spark of joy.
