A lot of the businesses are related to fashion, but there is still stuff for everyone. I did a search on "businesses owned by black women in philadelphia" and got plenty to choose from.

My friends who live here but are from Canada said they’d adopt us so I got that going for me which is nice.

Boy am I glad I joined #CoSo! One week in and I'm loving my new home. I didn't make the decision lightly either I examined all the alternatives before making my decision. Thank goodness we have COSO and J running this ship. I can't imagine being anywhere else on a day like today.
