Eye strain life hack.

Don't spend more than 20 minutes staring at a screen. Every 15 minutes or so, stop and look out a window, or just up at the world. The idea is to focus your eyes at infinity. Stay focused on infinity for several minutes and then go back to the screen.

There are many of us here who have been with COSO since the beginning. Over those last six+ years we've come to know them pretty darn well. The friendships we've developed over this time were nurtured & when one chooses to no longer be part of the family, it's very difficult.

We can only hope that through those friendships they truly knew who we are &how we came to love & know them for who they are.

We hope all who exist here have the chance to experience what we have and have come to love.

I’ve been watching the documentary about The Wiggles—they are wildly successful and one of Australia’s wealthiest exports.

They were told, early on, by pros in the field that their videos were “cringe” and they needed to axe Dorothy the Dinosaur, one of their most beloved characters.

They said “no, we know what we’re doing” and just did everything on their own.

They wouldn’t be so successful if they hadn’t stayed true to their vision and believed in themselves.

I just learned that a friend of mine who had partial deafness with Covid has permanent partial deafness. It’s a documented thing. And yes, she was fully vaccinated. Reminder: Vaccination may not prevent contracting Covid, but only make it less severe.
