Green almonds poaching with dried clementines. Makes for a pretty picture anyway! Any foodies have a green almond recipe to share? Whole and Raw, these are hard to bite through. Peeled, the almond seed is soft like a water chestnut consistency (no teeth needed to squish-lol)

Craving shrimp, so…shrimp with garlic, butter and celery (veggie) topped with red pepper flakes and bacon. Side of roasted sweet potato and tiny annci (?) pastas with balsamic glaze. Clean plate Ranger tonight. 😋

Salmon, honey+pepper+garlic glaze on bed of spinach with tamarind rice. Topped with left over tabouli. Yummy!
Since it seems to be dinner time with all the #foodpron, here is my humble contribution: 3 hour shredded turkey soup with carrots and celery., served in a tortilla shell with cheese, local hot sauce and salsa. Excuse the steam!
