It’s going to be a long week…kiddo #3 backed into Kiddo #1’s car parked in the driveway (backed in). Kiddo #1 is being mature about it. Hubs, not so much. 😞 Kiddo #1 owns both cars and carries the insurance on both … prayers for happy family outcome. Hope lessons are learned. 🤦♀️
@ACG2 oh no! That’s a big fear of mine, 2 of my kids have cars parked in the driveway and we will be adding a third ‘kid’ car this summer when my 15 yo turns 16 and gets his license.
@AverageCitizen Don’t assume anything about parking spaces
@ACG2, it happens, especially when things aren't where they usually go. It's good that 3 learned at home, with family. Hopefully the lesson sticks. 🤗
@LadyZurk Lesson learned is my goal. I told them both people being safe and uninsured was the most important thing. Cars can be fixed.
@disk4mat Thanks. Much appreciated.
@ACG2 My SIL backed into my car in his driveway when I was visiting; a number of years ago. That's why we have insurance. Glad no one was hurt.
@DCliffo Thx. Yes. Insurance is a good thing.
@ACG2
We pray for gentle lessons.
My son backed into hubs car a few years ago - he was so embarrassed 🥴. We are all much more careful now.
I hope it all turns out well once the surprise has settled.
@Esther Thank you. 🥰
Kiddo #1 just bought his first new car three months ago. The other was a hand me down from me. Still…hope the youngest isn’t too upset. Accidents happen. I’m glad no injuries were involved.
