Believe it or not, no butter in this recipe. Flour, milk, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil. I also give a lot of credit to this new USA Pan heavy duty loaf pan. No butter or parchment; I just plopped down this very sticky loaf and after it cooled I was able to lift it out clean with one hand.

I think I'm getting the hang of this #baking thing, only having started at it a couple days ago. #cosocooks

It reminds me of when Nextel phones became popular and not only was everybody on speaker, they were always using the half-duplex PTT mode with the loud chirps. I seem to recall it didn't count against your minutes, and that's why people used it all the time.

I'm quite serious. It's a hardened chromium fork, but it lets me access pretty much anything else.
