I’m thinking about finding new orthopedics but medical specialist options are slim here in NM to but add on those who accept Medicaid and it’s damn near impossible. 😞
Priorities in this country are a wee bit skewered. 🤬
My apartment uses gas for heating and electricity for everything else. Can’t say it’s not drying but I live in the Southwest so it’s always dry. 😖
Funny how all other creatures are smarter than humans. 😏

From what I’ve read about faeries is that they’re not all that keen on humans, in general.
I’ve heard that too and think I should do that, but then I either look at the dirty dishes piled up or simply don’t want to deal with having a dirty dish and out the door that idea goes. 😣

IKR? Looks like yet another "benefit" from Orange Face having been president.
The funny thing is that I'd prefer a male caregiver. I don't need any personal hygiene assistance and having another woman in my home doing chores & cooking reminded me too much of being around my mom. Plus, I only need help about 3 days a week.
Yeah, I know and New Mexico has some of the lowest-paying jobs in the country.
I keep reminding myself I've been fortunate to have found an excellent therapist and a good psychiatrist in a state that has a severe deficiency of these services.
