Going through my images, as I always do when I'm grieving, and found this shot from 2012.

Though I end up crying my heart out as I search for photos of those who have passed away and were a part of my life it comforts me to see their life laid out in front of me and to know I got the opportunity to capture the memories.

I was hoping to announce the publication of my new store front on Redbubble but the eejits claimed I was violating Disney's rights because I posted my photo of the exterior of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. A shot taken from the street, i.e. public view. 😡

I sent a counter to their takedown report informing them that 17 U.S. Code § 102 states as long as the structure is visible to the public, then any photos, paintings, or pictures can be republished.

Dumbasses.

Smitty is slowly getting accustomed to the cone and not bumping into stuff quite as much. Now if there was a way to help him relax when I give him the Prozac. 😞 He’s rebelling more and more now when I go to open his mouth and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried about getting bit.

Tonight’s a Trader Joe’s dinner night. Focaccia Bread with Roasted Tomato & Parmesan $5, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad $4, and Shaw’s Red Blend $4.50. Leftovers aplenty!

Round three of “What system will work to keep him from harming himself?” I sure hope this cone is the solution ‘cause I’m really frustrated and tired of putting him thru all this. 😞

Meanwhile, I really need to eat dinner but I don’t want to disturb him. It’s times like this I wish I had a partner.

My kiddos gave me quite the surprise and a huge happy warm feeling in my heart.

They've been fighting so much lately, which I'm sure is adding to Smitty's anxiety, so I bought some Comfort Zone a week ago (Feliway's cheaper cousin), and I think it may be working already. 😀

I was on the couch w/ Mads on my lap when Smitty came over. Normally she'll leave in a huff & a hiss. But this time she stayed there while he maneuvered in and then rested his head on top of her body. 💖 💖 💖 💖
