Excellent--Puget Sound Energy has approved my net-metering application. This means our solar install can proceed.
@yadayadayada FWIW, I percieve CoSo as having an explicit no-followback culture. Not that it's forbidden or anything, just that nobody should expect it.
And given recent history w/new accounts, not reflexively follwing back is just good hygiene..
