Question for small electric motor people, if I may?
This armature has some damage. This is all I've found so far. I've done some work on this kind of motor before, but I've not run into armature damage. I'm still happily learning. 😉
Is it trash? Will it still work but maybe not as well? Or is this dangerous?
It was still turning in the machine it was in, albeit very slowly (machine also had failed wiring & it was full of waxy ancient grease, so the slowness was prob from a combo of issues).

@C_H_Antony eh, I think WA is demographically blue, population-wise. Our population is pretty concentrated in the western part of the state, but the high-density areas are pretty reliably democratic.
