What a horrendous day.

So Dad took us to see Avatar 2 for xmas present, was stunningly beautiful and a really good film, highly recommend the 3D High Frame Rate buzz... it actually made it incredible.

It still haunts me that there is no recourse, no justice, that its likely they are still out there doing the same things that were done to me, and worse, to others and there is nothing I can do about it. The mind fuck that these people pull on themselves to do what they do and then on people like us when they do it. I saw a news article praising one of these people as a pillar of the community and it ripped the heart out of me. Makes me hope there really is a hell.

The last couple days have been brutal. Finally got a small sense of relief from the back issues and immediately my brain launches back into the crippling emotional stuff of processing whats happened to us the last 6 months, let alone the last 2 years. The universe has been brutal and I don't really know how to keep pushing through it. Shit is hard.

The hardest thing about getting full on amnesia and memory wipes with trauma stuff is that I now have to relearn everything I spent a year learning about game dev to even begin to comprehend where I'm at with the game I was working on and it feels like I should just start from scratch or just not attempt it again. xray came back, shows compressed spine thats also curved to the side and have a protruding disc. So as far as manifesting goes, asking the universe to give me the motivation to do yoga every day I should have been more specific so its wasnt 'do yoga else you cant walk, sit, stand, dance or do any thing that you love' lol, but still... pathway to recovery and relief at knowing whats going on.
