I walk it back to our culture.
We have a group that is primitive and has not developed sufficient empathy or comprehension of the value of community.

The US culture edifies the strong loner.

The weapons are accelerants in that equation.

Try running the car for a few mins then roll up the window. You may have reset the computer, and the accessory electronics are impacted by it.
If you have a second battery (usually in the trunk), that will need to charge up to run the accessories.

So, this makes the sanctions an even more critical method of achieving the greater strategy. The more they are weakened through attrition of troops and have to resort to declaring war, the more the Russian public (mothers & sons) will begin resisting.

They are never going to run out of fuel.

They are probably never going to run out of ammunition.

They will run out of will (or sufficient will) to be an offensive force.
Time and bad news will become a greater influence.

It is probably their job to advocate for people and deal with policies at the DMV.

I've met with state senators. It will take a month, but they are accessible.

This is such a bummer.
My friend is the Director of the DMV. Gavin tapped him to do the job.
He's been implementing a ton of automation and online capabilities.
My last experience going there was quite good.

Question:
Why do some killers target schools?

Hypothesis:
They didn't have a particularly happy or supportive time while in school.

Solution:
Assess how people that are at-risk while in elementary school are supported. Mitigate the negative impacts they experience. Take ownership of their actions years hence by continuing to monitor and support them.

No, this doesn't solve every scenario. But, this is one scenario that can be called out and targeted with solutions.
