I just saw this on Telegram.
A UAV (drone) delivering a dog-style robot in a war zone.
This looks like a test.
But, vendors have already started fitting these robots with munitions.
I've read that they are currently using these robots to deliver ammunition to troops in Ukraine.

The AFU just took out a bridge inside Russia that is a main logistical conduit to the boarder region just to the west of the current incursion in the Kursk region.

“I’m also pleased to announce that as we speak, the transfer of F-16 jets is underway, coming from Denmark, coming from the Netherlands. And those jets, those jets will be flying in the skies of Ukraine this summer to make sure that Ukraine can continue to effectively defend itself against the Russian aggression,” Blinken said at the NATO Public Forum in Washington, DC.

Product idea to assist the war effort: Drone-deployed wireless routers/repeaters to facilitate remote piloting of battle-drones.

If a flexible communication network can be established and physically reconfigured in the conflict areas, the quantity of drone operators can be greatly increased by keeping them far from the front lines.

Drone deployment would be done in-mass. Recharging would have to be automated at battery switching stations that are also drone-deployed.

New idea for defense:

- Tethered drones that are supplied with ground-based power and equipped with munitions and machine-vision to target Shaheed drones.

- Tethered drones (as above) but equipped with short-range radar to provide precise guidance to the other set of drones.

- These are deployed as a techno-wall that destroys aerial munitions.

Anger is rarely, if ever, an attribute that moves you closer to a solution.

Energy and Attention is an attribute that can move you closer to a solution.

Anger can create energy and sometimes even focus Attention. But, both of those can be achieved via other means besides Anger. For instance: Discipline.

Anger does not directly achieve the solution you seek.

I believe the most merciful, and efficient, strategy to end the Russian war on Ukraine is to starve their supply by totally disrupting the supply lines.

Today's announcement that the US will provide ATACMS to Ukraine will enable that disruption.

Taking out the Kerch Bridge is the first step.

Disabling all train lines to the southern front is the next.

Disabling all Azov Sea ports is the next.

No munitions, no fighting, no death. Only retreat.

End it with a Russian-whimper.

North Korea's GDP is beteen $12 and $40b.

Vermont is $34b and is the smallest of US states.

Russia is asking N. Korea for help.

Russia is recruiting Cubans to fight in their war!?!?!?
NPR does qualify that this has not yet been independently confirmed.
Nevertheless, keep an eye out on this story.

There are many reports about three explosions near the Kerch Bridge.
Looks like a tanker ship was hit.
It was empty, but apparently it was a sanctioned vessel.
It could be blocking the passage under the bridge.

New idea:
Gasoline has more energy concentration than gunpowder.
Combine the Skydio navigational tech with a device to atomize gasoline.
Fly them into and along Russian trenches (at night.)
Ignite.
Hey @Render, has this ever been tested?

New idea: Pop-up surveillance drones.
Purpose: semi-permanent, semi-hidden recon without requiring travel.

The drone is deposited as a system (probably by a larger drone) into an area that would benefit from periodic surveillance (Probably mostly at night. Probably from a roof).
The system consists of a base station to re-charge (solar) & provide more resilient communications.
The drone will pop-up to a specified height, gather visual data, and return to the base station.

New idea: De-mining, autonomous drones

Drone (probably a rather large one) is fitted with a metal-detecting coil. It is set loose over a battlefield that is probably mined.
Drone runs a pattern over the field and transmits coordinates of where it detected any metal.

Another drone with a more precise metal-detecting coil searches out the hits and gathers more precise data, including photos.

Another drone is dispatched with grenades to hit the mines that are found.

New idea (that could save lives):
Thermite toting, AI-vision drones.
A little drone is programmed to find the barrel of a tank using an off-the shelf machine-vision camera. It inserts a thermite charge into the barrel and it is set off. The thermite melts into the barrel and causes enough damage that it cannot be used. Or, if it is used, will cause a premature explosion of the shell.
It is sent at night, so the MV camera is tuned to infra red.
