@Priestess yep
@BrentSullivan The sad thing is Bezos is probably worried about AWS government contracts and they're worth more than the rest of what he owns.
@BrentSullivan long time ago.
@AnnetteTRemain "If you’re not prepared to defer to the editorial board you have hired to think things through for you, you have no business owning the Washington Post"
Bezos' only concern is accumulating cash.
@Jorro delete!
@mcfate @tyghebright MORE latrine duty great
@sjvn so llama.cpp/llamafile didn't work, threw an error that the architecture was 'granite', which is surmountable but instead I took IBM's suggestion to use ollama. That worked, better for code generation tasks than anything else. E.g.
Asked why it was made: I was made to help people learn about different cultures and cuisines from around the world. I can provide information on traditional dishes, cooking techniques, and
ingredients used in various regions of the world. 🤔
@danialexis lol nope
You deserve an explanation

@sjvn Downloading IBM's 8B model to see what's what. I will ironically run it with llamafile because llamafile is awesome.

@sjvn NOW I see you posted this already
@AkomoCombine makes sense if only to stop them hitting more Russian ships.

@sjvn I'm sure you're aware of OLMo. I've noodle with it and it's not quite baked but am glad it exists. Any others out there?
"A highly performant, truly open LLM and framework intentionally designed with access to the data, training code, models, and evaluation code necessary to advance AI and study language models collectively."

@Museek Fighting Banana Slugs?
@th3j35t3r "It's worth noting that while these organizations claim to adhere to a particular religion, their actions are often in direct conflict with the teachings of that religion. Many religious scholars have condemned the violence and terrorism committed by these groups."
Also I have no idea if any of that is good or accurate info
@th3j35t3r I asked my local llama 3 LLM instance and it replied (no balking, it's uncensored):
1. ISIS (Sunni Islam)
2. Al-Qaeda (Sunni Islam)
3. Taliban (Sunni Islam)
4. Boko Haram (Muslim)
5. Hezbollah (Shia Islam)
6. Abu Sayyaf Group (Muslim)
7. Al-Shabaab (Sunni Islam)
8. TTP (Sunni Islam)
9. Lashkar-e-Taiba (Sunni Islam)
10. Jaish-e-Mohammed (Sunni Islam)
11. Al-Nusra Front (Sunni Islam)

@Alfred merci beaucoup
@Alfred If you recall I asked for information about organizations that have been associated with terrorism based on religious beliefs.
@Alfred ...so by not providing the list of organizations I requested, you are furthering their stigmatization
ideal for precision work
