I'm devastated.
But - I am not a panic person. I'm right now writing up how best - considering the shit future headed our way - to position my family.
The USA had a good run. I just can't believe that so many Americans can't see what they've just done.
Stockpile/archive as much information as you can - I've got the feeing we'll be seeing a lot of information restrictions - including internet access.
I LOVE your grandmother.
Jeezus. Strong as hell woman. Can't believe her kids never understood the horrible choices she had to make for them all to survive.
My dad's mom had to divorce my grandfather in the early 1930s. The police said it was the only way they could legally stop him from beating the shit out of her.
She raised 4 kids on her own, but it wasn't easy.
I can imagine. Just relocated to NC this past May. After 25 years in S. FL.
Ads here are unbelievable, too, especially with Mark Robinson running for Gov.
Yeah, that's one I don't want my grand babies watching. 😳
Gosh, thanks. 😜
This is awesome! So happy to be a new NC citizen and part of it.
🤣 Cats can do anything. They mostly choose not to . . .
Great, for telling us.
But, why???? Why wait till now?
Maybe they wanted to wait until they were pretty sure Kamala will win? So they don't face 'retribution'?
That's the only rationale I can imagine with this.
My ex worked for Hewlett Packard. So, all I think of is them when I see HP. 😫
Humiliating Musk would be icing on the cake of Trump & his trials.
Please, please, make it so.
In today's WSJ, former General William McRaven, one of America's greatest modern warriors, writes that Trump fails every single test of character "Mr. Trump has no self-control. He lashes out at immigrants, religious groups, and military heroes. He lies with reckless abandon." He compares Trump to a "disturbed 15-year-old boy." He says he won't be voting for Trump, adding "I think George Washington would agree."
If you didn't do early voting or vote by mail (I did) then look in your newspaper, watch your local news channel, or check online to confirm your voting hours on election day. Make sure the information on your voter ID and state ID or DL matches. Make sure the polling place on your voter ID hasn't changed (In my town they frequently do). At the polls, follow all instructions so your ballot isn't disqualified or misread. Ask poll workers if you need help or assistance.
