I don't particularly like stretching & exercising every morning -

but I'm technically a senior citizen now, & I refuse to be a weakling in the coming elderly years. I want to be strong. For me, for my kids, for my grandchildren.

And so, I play the grown up & I do what must be done to be who I want to be.

Added benefit: I feel stronger emotionally, too.

I LOVE getting older. ❤️ 💪

I'm making my list of things I gotta do today. And I'll check off each one as I dutifully accomplish each. Like an automaton.

It's how I'm getting through this week.

I'm giving another writing workshop tomorrow, if you know anyone in the Wilmington, NC area who might be interested. Might be a good thing - it'll force me to fake a good mood & maybe just lift me into an actual better mood. 😀

I would not be surprised if, right after the inauguration, like within that hour, all his political 'enemies' are arrested.

Or - 'the republicans will not do well in the mid-terms.'

Here's what I can't reconcile.

That far fewer voters voted in this election than the last. Makes zero sense.

How many of the absentee/mail in ballots were rejected in every state?

Was there some kind of computer monkeying around happening in some states? I know the ballot machines themselves are not connected to the internet, but could state computers that compiled the stats have been manipulated???

I mute all commercials, except maybe during the Superbowl.

There are soooo many political ads now, even though they're muted, I'm almost looking forward to being inundated with pharmaceutical ads . . .🤣
