@TrueBloodNet The Muslims here in the US, it was a symbol to let them know that you are a safe person to come to if they feel threatened or afraid in public locations. I think that's still honored today.

If you're having a moment where you need to retreat and recover, don't be afraid to step away and take a breath. This goes for everyone, not just my LGBTQ folks, but all of you. Yes, things are grim and very doom feeling, but we have each other, and we're taking care of our mental health and our physical health both by doing this.

@AverageCitizen That's so awesome! I had a friend that was with a cosplay group that visited Oklahoma city's cosplay convention every year as the Ghostbusters. He passed away a couple years ago but his friends carry on his legacy.
