I just confirmed my voter registration and while I was there, I also confirmed my wish to vote by mail/absentee.

Thought I'd share that with you all, in case you are assuming you'll get a ballot in the mail. Some states are "all by mail" but it's optional here (VA) so I went through the confimation process, just in case our governor has encouraged some funny business. I do NOT want to have to vote in person.

Just found out that the 5,000 postcards to voters that our county Dems (myself included) are sending out next month are part of a 36 million postcard effort nationwide to target swing state voters. All 36 million have been claimed! If even one percent result in Dem-leaning voters turning out, that’s 360,000 blue votes. #Politics
