Good morning groovy souls!

I've been up since 2, only slept about 4 hours. I woke up and just could not get back to bed.

I'm soon to travel. I've got most of my foundations out of the way and am about to run!

I'm hoping I can sleep on the plane ^_^

Onward, toward the wander! I am soon to be Richmond bound!

Run is done, meditation is done, shower is done.

I'm going to have to fly out tomorrow to get some down time.

I havent gotten to run yet, and I am just about to sit for meditation.

As I was closing my eyes to focus, my husband burst from his room informing me he was almost late for his Doctor's appointment.

We got there 5 minutes late, then I returned to unload the shipping crate with new roomies stuff. Now it's on to the rest of the daily routine.

5 hours to go before I head to bed for the flight tomorrow. It's going to be busy!

@White_Rabbit If this new direction for Star Wars and Star Trek runs their franchises into the ground, it's possible they will change again and become more inclusive to the fans and those story lines.

It could also mean that they fall silent for generations only to be reimagined again.

I think of all the Radio Dramas and comics of the 20's through the 50's that were smash hits that most wouldn't recognize now.

@White_Rabbit It's become quite clear to me that Disney Star Wars is just not for me, so I'm sticking with Legends.

This is something that happened to me with Star Trek as well. It's the nature of things to change, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, but change is.

This is part of getting older, and the 5 remembrances on my path. "Everything I know and love is of the nature to change. I cannot help being parted from them"

@Soldier_Solitude Life and existence are beautiful in their many permutations.

The way the wind blows through the trees, the sound of other animals living their lives, bird song. The utter peace of a place far from the concrete human hives where things are, largely, in a natural equilibrium.

I'm a long distance runner, and hiker, primarily. Are you an outdoorsy person?

I slept pretty well. The new blanket rocks socks! I did not want to get off my mat this morning and just kind of luxuriated a bit in dozing and being very warm.

On the other side of being up I am really doing the dragging today! I'm pumping up my motivation to get on my run!
