@poemblaze I've only lived here for a few years, and I'm near Seoul, not Busan. But I think it was very different 60 years ago. Now Busan is a bustling resort town. I'm going down there for a week in June and looking forward to it. The beaches are said to be beautiful.

@LianaBrooks I had an aunt and uncle who lived in Busan with their two sons in the late 1960s to maybe early 1970s. My uncle was the manager of a factory that produced fertilizer for farming. I don't know a whole lot about their time there.
