Calamari fritti with fried artichoke hearts cherry peppers and fried zucchini and a savory aioli for dipping...

A deep dark spiced chicken andouille sausage and chicken thigh gumbo over rice...

A meaty deep chili Colorado with sweet cornbread.

Pan fried medium-rare Prime rib cap (spinalis) with both a horseradish sauce and a chimichurri... With crispy salty hot french fries...

One slice of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting...

Dessert... this took a while.

Lemon cheese cake with fresh forest berries and a very good cappucino with a piece of excellent belgian chocolate.

Either a juicy steak or Fried chicken + mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, collard greens, stuffing, cranberry sauce, warm buttered cornbread, ending with a slice of peach or pumpkin pie.
