I'm wearing some dragonfly earrings today that were given to me as a gift.
They are not fancy nor expensive, but they are deeply treasured bc someone thought to get them for me as a reminder of my mom.
The gift-giver remembered a story I had shared around the time of mom's passing (that featured a dragonfly), and purchased the earrings when on vacation.
Thoughtfulness is truly a gift beyond price.
So, wearing these is a double-good feeling.

Duke got to meet the doggie cut out that's in the ball field we go walking by. He keeps seeing and thinking it's a friend. He was so confused today. Usually it's in the middle of the field to keep geese away
