You don't have a plan to use the insurrection act if you don't already have assurance from top ranking officers that they will support and enact unlawful orders.
If this doesn't also include the DoD doing some internal investigations on who knew what, this is all just a minor delay at best.

Someone mentioned that you don't hear love songs anymore on Hip-Hop/RnB stations anymore and then I started realizing I don't hear them on any station I listen to anymore.

If you ignore everything else I say, remember the distinction between a program and a process.
- A good program is a solution to a problem.
- A good process is a way of finding solutions and applying a methodology to many contexts and many problems.
It’s much more valuable to have a good process than a good program any day of the week. That's not only prevalent in the Information Security industry, but a variety of fields such as Social Institutions, Psychiatry, Politics, Military, etc.

Remember, the biggest sin of the Barbie movie is that it's something that teenage girls might like.

Recognize posts like these for what they are, playbooks to justify abuse and manipulative behavior, and push back accordingly.
Sure it looks absolutely absurd, but to the target audience it gives those insecure people a "legitimate reason to be angry."

@Armchaircouch first off my condolences for what you and your nephew are having to go through. This is never an easy thing to process.

One of my military buddies was the only person to ever stress to me this:
Grief isn't linear. It's okay if you have a day where you "laugh too soon" or cry "when you should be over it".
It was honestly one of the best bits of advice I ever got dn this subject.
