I don't know -- a lot of typically Anglo Saxon names are common among Black applicants, too. If they're discriminating against people named Brown, Johnson, Jackson, Smith, Jones, etc, they might actually be excluding more people of color than white people, who are likely to have names from multiple countries in Europe other than England.

Just the land would be nice, except for the part that rural Italian neighbors are just as likely to be fascists as rural American neighbors.
So what happens to Gaetz's House seat? Is he allowed to get it back, since he was elected and is scheduled to start that term in January? Does Florida replace empty seats by special election or gubernatorial appointment? #politics
Someone was asking about a #GoBag ?
I lost the post so I don't know who was asking but here is some info.
The people who are there to market themselves and amass large follower counts wouldn't fit in here, anyway. Not unless they created an anonymous account to just be able to be a normal person for one fucking minute.
But I suspect they have people who do most of their posting for them, and they're burned out from actually reading other people's posts.
From what I have heard โSunrunโ has a very good rep. In the areas it serves.
Of course if you ARE putting it on your own home, you want to research the company. Some leases expect you to pay monthly even if the array stops working and the company that owns it doesn't keep up with maintenance, so you aren't getting any power for your money.
If you can't put solar panels on your own home, you can join a cooperative to finance solar on other buildings. Here's one in Pennsylvania. You don't have to depend on Republicans to start caring about climate change.
If they expect you to be on call to take phone calls, it's not a day off, and it doesn't come off your accrued time.
I wish media outlets would bundle.
I am rarely going to read something from the Orlando Sentinel or the Chicago Tribune, so a paywall would just stop me me from visiting. It's not going to make me cough up money for a subscription.
But if a significant number of newspapers joined into a single subscription service, I would definitely be interested, and they'd get money they wouldn't otherwise.
It's pretty strange, and it seems incomprehensible to normal people ... my only thought is that Trump is such a narcissist that he would not recognize that gesture as insincere.

If famous people took one for the team and sought to influence Trump with flattery, they could counter Putin's influence.
Forcing people to accept the unacceptable is a typical dictator move.

In apothecary measures, a grain is 65 grams (a 325 mg aspirin tablet is often labeled as "5 grains"). Seems a weird way to measure allspice, though, and it would be a pretty massive amount for most recipes.
I'd vote they mean two allspice berries.
Some migraines respond to magnesium. Most won't, but it's cheap and easy enough to be worth a try. The pills are sold over the counter. It's poorly absorbable, even in pill form, so you can only take so much before it has a laxative effect.

So far, they donโt buck party lines, but they have made it clear that candidates should withdraw if they wonโt have the votes. Itโs only recently there have been so many cabinet and judicial positions left vacant with no acceptable nominees, though.
Oh, he made that well before the election, and some Muslim leaders endorsed Biden, but Palestinian activistsโ livelihoods as activists depend on the continuing photogenic suffering of Palestinian children. They serve Hamas.
