When I started walking again, the pain in my limbs was terrible.
25 lbs later & off BP meds, walking is a physical need.
It makes such a difference!
2024 Part II -
I started the year breaking two toes. They never really heal ed right and before I was walking normally, I caught a nasty respiratory infection. Between the two, I was on my ass for nearly three months.
Thus began the vicious circle. Inactivity led to insomnia which led to too-tired-to-work-out which led to insomnia which ... you get the point.
Today I got sick & tired of my own complaints & got back on the treadmill. Yay me!! 🤣🤣.

These days you can't step out your door without someone trying to pick your pocket. Half the world seems to have dedicated their lives to scamming us. Hell, they work harder at that than they would at a real job and it's 100 times worse online.
