YOU may notice me posting more now that things are calming down & I'm back on a schedule.
I'm still doing my teacher training for mindfulness meditation. I It will probably take me most of the summer to complete. I could probably get it done a lot sooner.
But I want to make sure that I keep on top of new habits to help around the house more since being laid off.
New heathly habits are important. Each new habit makes new neural pathways in your brain. Helps mood & emo regulation
Now that I'm living off my retirement funds and my broker has stopped freaking out my husband, we can work on our side gigs and fix the house (Yes I kno, my funds will go down)
But there's a plan to pay off house (I'm hoping with in a year)
And as we gradually lower our monthly spend we should be ok. I'm paying cobra extension for now. That will be reduced later this year

My back was really stiff and hurting around area that lipoma was removed last year.
Was really bothering me. I felt crumpled over like an old lady π³
happy to report I dig into my yoga again and after 3 day it's already a lot better.

^^^ I could easily be impartial. I've done it before. I had to convict a woman I had great compassion about here situation. I also believe that the law she broke was a badly thought out law (this was welfare fraud around food stamps.)
There was plenty of reasonable doubt up until she testified. Dammit. It was clear she met the criteria in her own words.
It was sad. But I had to vote guilty.
