YOU may notice me posting more now that things are calming down & I'm back on a schedule.
I'm still doing my teacher training for mindfulness meditation. I It will probably take me most of the summer to complete. I could probably get it done a lot sooner.
But I want to make sure that I keep on top of new habits to help around the house more since being laid off.
New heathly habits are important. Each new habit makes new neural pathways in your brain. Helps mood & emo regulation
