My chair has arrived! It's in more than a few pieces with very minimal build instructions but it honestly doesn't need much. The parts on the floor are basically the base, feet, wheels and motor ... everything else is seat and back. My tribemate and I have almost completed the build.

I cannot express how much I'm looking forward to trying this beautiful accessibility technology. 🎉

The Centenary Building at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, was designed by Hodder Associates in 1994-95 to accommodate the Spatial, Graphic, and Industrial Design courses at the University.

One year after its inauguration, in 1995, the building was named the winner of the inaugural RIBA Stirling Prize, one of Britain's most prestigious awards.

Now, less than 30 years after its completion, the award-winning building is set to be demolished.

The game of dates back to the 1400s, and early woods and irons were actually made from wood and iron.

This particular square-toe clubhead is made from the latter, dates to the 1500s, and is believed to be the world's oldest iron club. It's made from two pieces, with a layered hosel that wraps halfway around itself, and a laminated blade with construction consistent with the ancient methods used to make Damascus steel.

It's currently up for auction.

90/89 on a Thursday is absolutely great.

This was night 2 using my . Morning 2 of waking up with no pain. Though my does creep up during the day, I just don't wake up in pain which is new.

Sleeping hot is something I don't prefer even though it's much better for your body to be warm when you sleep. The weighted blanket causes my RESTLESS score to be red because it takes so much to maneuver that thing 🤣 like MINUTES of time.

This invention, created by two engineers in Slovenia, is a remote-controlled wiper blade for helmet visors.

You do have to drive two screws through the top of your visor to attach the mounting base, and you can then pop the Bikerguard on and off as needed. A wireless remote control attaches to your bike's handlebars.

92/91 on a Wednesday and after starting a new, rather rigorous exercise schedule is something even I am impressed with. Not to mention another perfect midpoint. My sleep was extraordinary last night, over optimal.

I don't normally have such high readiness when putting my body through hours of exercise each day. The stress response is usually quite high and it causes my numbers to be off especially heart rate and recovery.

Not anymore I guess 👍🏾

I never miss any content from Tom Read Wilson but I absolutely make sure never to miss his word of the day ... today's word is indeed exactly what it says on the tin 🤣

I was just reminded just now of something I really liked about ... the relationship between Trixie and Maze was something I always really loved. There was a wonderful chemistry between them and perhaps it was the clip of Denzel and Dakota from Man on Fire that reminded me ... Scarlett Estevez was such an wonderful presence on that show and Lesley-Ann Brandt was flawless ❤️ They both deserved better but I will always love their characters.

Amazing scene between Denzel and in - one of many. Wild to think she was only 9 years old when she did the movie.

Denzel went on to say that he thought there was a 40-year-old woman trapped in her body because she was such a seasoned actress.

I absolutely LOVE because of their chemistry. Amazing roles, both of them.

To show the mix of votes across the country, the Washington Post used a sand pile metaphor.

Each grain of sand represents a vote for red or blue, and more votes create larger piles.

Some piles are more red and some are more blue, but overall, you get a lot of mixed piles.
