I used a variety of neuro devices for measuring and monitoring purposes. In addition to for sleeping and meditating I also use other electroencephalography (EEG) devices for training my brain for focus.

I don't have focus problems despite being NT with ADHD. I have done enough work on my mind, environment, and knowing what I need for balance to be able to keep myself on track. However, the DATA is most valuable for long term analysis and knowing what works BEST for specific things.

By flipping the traffic space from inside to outside, people inside can take good advantage of the urban landscape; classrooms and other functions are set inside so that teenagers can concentrate on studying in such a quiet environment.

The Lingang Children's Palace aims to create a comfortable and interesting exploration space for kids and teenagers through architectural design, not only a place for weekend lessons.

I love this design for a few reasons but mainly because it reminds me of something you could build in #Minecraft using a texture mod that allows modern looking designs like ModernHD ❤️

77/90 is what I expected.

All bodies consider exercise to be stress from a data standpoint and the #Oura doesn't really differentiate between good stress and bad stress. It's just looking at your heart rate data. This is why you still need your own manual correlations and understanding of your own body. Numbers are just numbers without correlation.

My body is recovering from 2.5 hours of exercise yesterday so 77 is not bad for MY body.

Every year on Nov. 11, Japan celebrates one of its favorite snacks — #Pocky, a crunchy biscuit stick dipped in chocolate. What began as a marketing stunt by Ezaki Glico — one of the world's top candy giants — has now transformed into a nationwide sugar rush that celebrates all things Pocky.

Menace from the Deep is a the kind of roguelike #deckbuilder that ticks a lot of my boxes.

What makes this one especially epic is the artstyle (the artbook that comes with the game is astounding and brilliant) and the setting.

It draws influence from #Lovecraft and the #Cthulhu mythos and is set against the backdrop of 1920s USA, the narrative revolves around a clandestine occult society.

Enjoying this one quite a bit!

I've mentioned before that I have many friends who Japan, some of whom are in Japanese business. I once ran a business that brought me in contact with Japanese people and I made a lot of friends and learned a great deal from those friendships over the years.

I have spoken here before about many of the Japanese business concepts that also align with my practices and beliefs as a stoic and also ones that I often taught when I was teaching an adult communications class.

Great workout this morning. I decided to rewatch #DresdenFiles because @IronButterfly and I have been watching Paul Blackthorne in #Arrow and #TheInBetween ... 4 miles down for today and a nice even carb/fat burn to begin the day.

JoAnna Garcia Swisher posted a while back that season 4 had officially wrapped production so it's possible that we could be seeing it return maybe mid 2025.

Of course, given how long it takes between seasons, all of the children have become adults in real life and I have no idea how they will keep pulling off some of the storylines. ❤️

But I love these characters and look forward to their return.

In addition to #Platée, a rather wild looking production of Stravinsky's #TheRakesProgress is coming on November 22nd.

This is a production by director Vidar Magnussen of the Norwegian National Opera and it looks like it truly embraces the madness, the horror, the absurd, burlesque fantasy of the title.

I have only ever seen one other version of Rake and it didn't look like this ... it was a different vision. Not terrible, but not this. I really want to see this one. It looks epic ❤️

We’ll see some first-season characters return, including Luthen, Mon Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly), and Saw Guerrera (Forest Whitaker).
