Looks like I'll have a cat companion while I game today. Vir has already jumped up and settled in ❤️

Feeling amazing today! I hope everyone has the day that they deserve today. I will be diving into one of the most anticipated games for many, allllll day today. I played the first 40 minutes or so last night and I was just delighted by the story, the characters, the dialog, the voice work, and the gameplay. I can tell it's going to be heartbreaking like Mai Hime or Magical Girls Site or one of the many like it.

Raghav Juyal and Lakshya are just extraordinarily beautiful and kicking ass in ... This movie has some of the most BRUTAL close quarters combat I've ever seen and when I mean close quarters I mean CLOSE AF

It's a fictionalized account based loosely on the court records, imagining that there was indeed an inspiring act of solidarity between the Black, Irish, and Cuban people—an organized workers' uprising against the power of capital.

I think people find their paths as they need to. That is something I firmly believe. I don't think you can drag someone kicking and screaming into change.

People change when they decide they want to, when all the right things line up FOR THEM, and enough outside forces make them feel secure enough to begin the process of change.

But change is ultimately up to the individual and many difference things have to be aligned for that change to happen and be permanent.

On the ground and first floors, commercial spaces benefit from street-level visibility and accessibility. The upper levels accommodate a mixed-use program of residential apartments, office spaces, and a premium hotel. The volume facing Myslym Street includes diverse apartment layouts and a hotel with panoramic city views, while the volume along Pitarka Street hosts apartments and office spaces with dedicated lobbies for each function.

Portuguese-based architectural studio OODA introduces Ndarja, a multifunctional building in Tirana, designed as an urban oasis that integrates nature into the city’s fabric. Located on Myslym Street, in a district where historic and modern elements converge, the project reimagines the urban landscape by blending residential, hospitality, office, and commercial uses within a cohesive design.

The final episode of aired and I will absolutely be checking it out soon. The fans have spoken and there are many who want more from this amazing and much needed series, but I don't expect much to come of that.

If you haven't seen this absolutely epic series, I strongly advise you to check it out on . The network is worth it's worth the cost. A large percentage of my favorite media can be found there.

Going into the weekend STRONG which I like and that 23% deep sleep is so so epic because I feel like I can run a marathon today. I love feeling like that especially when I have absolutely nothing that needs to be done except relax, game, and catch up on some ❤️

One of the series I'm looking forward to is series three of – Channel 5’s adaptation of PD James’ classic crime novels.

Bertie Carval returns as the titular detective, and the good news is that we won’t have to wait until the new, 6-part series is with us.

The three novels that series three will adapt are Death in Holy Orders, Cover Her Face and Devices and Desires.

Each story will be a two-parter.

Dalgliesh starts again December 5th!

Just finished watching S2E5 of for morning workout time. This episode has Alison Thornton in it and it was really nice to see her again.

Alison is one of those actresses that shows up for 1 episode or maybe a handful but always stays in your mind long after. She brings 100% to every role, no matter how small, no matter how momentary and her presence usually outshines everyone.

Many know her from Dare Me, but she's been in Supergirl, The 100, Nancy Drew, Quantum Leap, Wild Cards ...

One of the fastest blocks I ever did here on CoSo was someone who responded to one of my threads that looking at a negative situation that happened and seeing my level of fault in it - instead of blaming others - was "a kind of learned helplessness".

Let me just make something clear for those that also seem to have no sense: Blaming others is not strength, playing the victim is not strength, getting angry is not strength, and accountability is FAR from weakness.

In the 80s on Friday is great (85 is the cutoff for optimal) so I'm pretty happy with how my body is responding to the new exercise schedule. An extra recovery day might help.

The weighted blanket is still working well but at 1am when I needed to roll over, the amount of movement and effort needed pulled me into a full waking state as you can see. That's not good despite falling back to sleep.

But it's the 3rd day of no morning pain while using it so ...

The Binding

For as long as he can recall, Emmett has been drawn to books, even though they are strictly forbidden. Bookbinding is a sacred calling, Seredith informs her new apprentice, and he is a binder born. Under the old woman’s watchful eye, Emmett learns to handcraft the elegant leather-bound volumes. Within each one, they will capture something unique and extraordinary: a memory.

couldn't have come at a better time. Aldis Hodge is amazing and, as they say, Blackety Black 🤣 Nothing against the new heartthrob and "acceptable to white folks" actor Aaron Pierre, but it's nice to see a "big old Black man" playing this role unapologetically. 👍🏾

The is absolutely one of the best pieces of tech I have owned in decades. Not only is it made well and builds perfectly, it just simply works right out of the box. The head tracking just fucking works. You turn your head and you spin. I used it just now to play my all time favorite game and the experience was absolutely incredible and comfortable. I could look, dodge, block enemies from any direction seamlessly with absolutely zero motion sickness or lag.
