I'd be tempted to ask why s/he thinks Trump was adjudicated to have committed fraud several times now (trump university; the latest Engoron thing) and sexual assault. Are the courts all crooked?

What other US president would be brazen enough to assert complete immunity from criminal prosecution? It's ridiculous on its face.

@BenA I'm gonna disagree. It's a ridiculous claim, which the appeals court killed absolutely dead. There is no reason for SCOTUS to need to weigh in here. This just delays the #Jan6 trial for no good reason.
