BEYOND what humans could ever do.. reducing centuries of development into a matter of weeks.. c'mon, people.. Art told us for years.. in SciFi what is coming.

Here is the thing.. I have just watched two videos about superintelligence and the looming explosion of AI based self machine-learning. And then the news about Gates' sexlife that he BRAGGED about on the House floor.. and I come to the conclusion that mankind ain't much longer for this planet.

We're halfway through the month and we're at 37% funded. This place is and will always be free. No algorithm cramming content down your gullet. Your posts, art, thoughts, links... won't train an AI to turn you into a commodity (though @Alfred is fantastic). No data to be harvested.

If you can't, don't worry about it. But if you can go because this is the finest community I've found and I've been internetting for over 30 years.

We're going to need places like this more in the future.

Folks.. look this up.. I grew up under the ever watchful whiteman eye of J. Edgar Hoover.. who STILL has his name ensconced on the building (!) RULED like a dictator over the FBI.. for decades, through several presidencies. Please know that our history is messy. We want a better day? We better know our true past.
But what about dismantling the mobsters?. italians/irish.. other "immigrants.." were getting in on the big whiteman profits, and FBI was tasked with ending the.. "competition.."

Is the "sudden" realization that we are a "divided country." When have we EVER been NOT divided? Oh.. now I get it. If you were raised in a totally white segregated neighborhood, branded at birth by white male doctors, educated in "good" schools where you were taught a "race based" white education, you were raised to have no idea. If that is you.. you have some homework to do.

I say.. let the magats have at it. They will face a legalwall in courts, and will be stalled for 24 months.. What does get through.. let the white dumclucks suffer.. They will ruin things SO BAD that it will force a rout in 23 months.. if NOT, at least we know this democracy thing.. is truly over. Then we know how to rebuild for the future. Me? Remember this, people! Racism/sexism in this country still runs very deep in a lot of this country. Blue "bubbles.." in each state must pull together to counteract this. Don't know how, just know it needs to continue.
