i want this freaakin'40+ yr CRIMINAL, PT Barnum to actually be held truly accountable for ONCE IN HIS LIFE.
The only way he will learn that there are consequences for behaving the way he has & does is for him to be bankrupted and jailed, period. full stop.

i would totally concur with that assessment, and it's giving me an itch i can't scratch rn. especially since prior DA looking to charge DT+ was run out of office with a resignation on UNproven scandal allegations, that he still denies in full?
Then again...
What if NYOAG's office takes much of the same stuff and prosecutes that in the potential criminal charges she's already contemplating as a result of the current Civil cases she's investigating, but on state level?

it has elements which are co-equal to Fed jurisdiction from what i can see so far--NY Dept Revenue/IRS; however, the issues come to Fed will be far more lengthy to prosecute and NY State would not be 'pardonable' by some WH kool-aid drinker in the possible near future. Rikers is a MUCH better placement for Trump & Co.

i'd totally be willing to VERBALLY bitchslap some Karen at a school board meeting for trying to ban lessons on Jesse Owens, the Trail of Tears, Hitler, US Civil War, Rosa Parks, French-Indian War, or even just removing a book from a reading list!
Education matters, and Truth in education is *Imperative*.

This "convoy" event never worried me... it's the one being planned for appx 1 Mar 2022--where they are planning to tie up most of the Beltway *surrounding* DC--not doing anything more than a few maller trucks driving through downtown DC, & the rest dispersed along the beltway at different points surrounding the city blocking/slowing traffic

fighting with schools became as high a priority to me as my job(s). i was absolutely serious about making schools toe the line & give children the best possible education and safe school environment that i could wrench out of them.

it's a violation of thecurriculum requirements mandated by the State School Board, and as such, does not meet requirement for FUNDING--state OR federal.
If you want to hit (any) ignorant bureaucracy where it gets attention, go for their money. I've done it with schools, doctor's, insurance...and been successful every time.

i managed to wrangle a string-free, immediate transfer for my kid into a magnet school with a 3 yr waiting list just by mentioning a possible editorial in convo with Super... i had *heaps* of documentation though.

as far as i know, based on your description, this can legitimately be objected to and appealed to the State Board of Education.
i would first make a personal phone call to the local School Superintendant objecting to this software being used in manner not meeting State requirements and formally requesting investigation. [Document EVERYTHING]
If no action/satisfaction from Super, write editorial in newspaper & contact State Bd of Ed
