@FireMonkey βeven if thereβs some left over.β πππ
@holon42 was tough but ok
@FireMonkey high quality and highly adjustable grinding is key to good espresso. Unfortunately, it is the cost of doing business.
A $50 grinder will suffice for regular coffee where the grinder isnβt so key to success.
@holon42 I know someone who has such an awful reaction to her first that she had to be hospitalized so she could be observed for her second. But she still got the second shot!
@tgraph52 once I get the knitting needles out of my eyes I am going to stick them in my ears to make sure I canβt be subjected to the audiobook either.
@KGinKS they smell so good! πΆπΆ
@holon42 that is difficult, sorry you have that reaction. But good for you for getting protected and protecting others!π
@CinnamonGirlE thank you for the encouragement!
@CinnamonGirlE yes. Feeling better already. Thanks!
Yesterday morning my coffee grinder cashed in its ticket. RIP trusty sidekick. Fortunately my go-to online equipment shop has a spring sale on for Eureka grinders. Unfortunately, even with 30% off I spent over $800.
I have a hand-grinder that I bought for coffee emergencies so I put it to use for a pour over. It worked ok but I miss my espresso.
@lenaoflune I blocked and reported. Not a very subtle bot.
@peeppeepcircus just watched it. Fantastic. I hope she did too.
@ReneeVoiceBrand good for you to push through that discomfort. Sounds like a good strategy, I bet you will feel better as your muscles adapt.
I did pretty well. I am slowly ramping up my pace and the running intervals are getting a bit longer. The best thing is that I am looking forward to each run.
Keep up the progress! π
@peeppeepcircus I will catch it on Apple News.
@peeppeepcircus oh no I missed that!
@jeffdavenport nice! Thank you for donating!
Taking a deep breath and counting to 10.
